My volume is all the way up but I cannot hear facetime calls, videos, snapchat videos, only voice calls.. i have no idea what to do, i reset it and updated software and nothing.

There are 2 speakers on your phone. One is the earpiece speaker that you heard phone calls though and the other is the loudspeaker which handles the applications you listed. The good news is that the loudspeaker is pretty easy to replace.

^^ What he said. You're hearing through the earspeaker just fine, but not the loudspeaker. If that doesn't work, replace the Charging Port Flex as well. if that doesn't work, you're looking at board level damage
Would a charging flex really cause that? I'm not questioning you, just never seen that. On every 5S I've had with this issue, its always the speaker. Maybe a couple of times it was me not popping the speaker under the board....
