Options

note 5 is not charging after getting damp

I went to the river and put my phone in a dry box. The box got some moisture inside and now my phone will not charge. This morning I got it to charge up to 3% but I have not been able to get it to charge since then.

Options

First thing you should try is cleaning out the charger port, on the outside, with 90% isopropyl alcohol, and a toothbrush or q tip. If this doesn't solve the problem, you'll likely need to change the charging dock
