Camera won't connect rca viking pro

Hello.My rca vikingn pro is brand new.I switched it on and it automatically did a firmware upgrade.Getting into the home screen after signing in I didn't see a camera app.I downloaded one from the playstore .On launching the app it says can't connect to camera.Can you help me?
