When I turn on my phone, it stays on the startup screen

When i was watching Suicide Squad yesterday, i switched my phone off. Now, When ever I turn on my phone, it shows the Alcatel One Touch start up screen but nothing else. It is not suppose to do that. I've tried leaving it off for a few hours and switching the battery with my brother and none of it worked.

I'm really stressed out and I'm losing hope.
