Why isnt my keyboard typing the right keys

My keyboard has started not working. Every time I try to *ress P it turns into this *and so does my slash key it turns into the addition sign and the only way to get those letters is by using my digital keyboard on my screen. Everything else works fine but i dont know. Ive already rebooted my entire keyboard back to factory design but it still isnt fixed. I need to use this com*uter for school soon and i dont want to lose this com*uter! *LEASE HEL*!!!
