Sorry for my English. After replacing Wifi Antenna Signal Flex Cable, the 3g signal is disappeared. Wha's happened? Which leads element signal 3g?

You need to make sure that every screw at the top left where the antenna plugs into 4 points on the logic board are in the correct spot.

If they are not the logic board antenna connection points will not contact with the iPhone metal housing frame which also acts as a antenna in a way.
