Display not working while in manual mode.

i've been testing my camera (a Nikon D3200) by filming with various shutter speeds (from 1/30 to 1/1000). And after that, I noticed that in manual mode, the shutter speed, iso, and aperture got stuck. Shutter speed at 1/400, iso at 200. It just doesn't change when I use my buttons. In auto mode or in any other mode except manual, it does change automatically. I've reset shooting and setup settings to default but that didn't help. Also I removed the battery and lens for a few hours and tried again but that also didn't work.

I hope this video will make easier for you to understand my situation. https://www.dropbox.com/s/8o5jf4z7ngvmob...

have you tried updating the firmware to the latest available, it could be a software glitch. Have you tried using aperture and shutter priority modes to see if the same thing is happening there. if it is it could be that the command dial is faulty and registering inputs that are not there, changing the settings as if you were using the dial.
