Your serial number says it's this machine.

Apple MacBook Pro "Core i5" 2.5 13" Mid-2012 Specs

Identifiers: Mid-2012 13" - MD101LL/A* - MacBookPro9,2 - A1278 - 2554*

Your serial number indicates a different, newer machine than what you listed. There are some known issues with this model. I can give you the part number but first I'd like to try to fix what you have. Why do you think it needs replacing?

There are also alternatives to you paying full price for a new logic board if it has not been water damaged.

I am a professional at this and work with these every day.

If you insist here's your replacement board:

MacBook Pro 13" Unibody (Mid 2012) 2.5 GHz Logic Board $500.00

The upgraded board is actually cheaper:

MacBook Pro 13" Unibody (Mid 2012) 2.9 GHz Logic Board $450.00

But a Flat Rate Repair fee from Apple is $357.00 shipping and tax included as is labor. 60 day warranty included. So you may want to visit with me before spending any money. They will also fix anything else that may be wrong with it. The hard drive/IR cable is a known issue. Just talk to me. My fee for this is asking you to help a Viet Nam homeless guy and feed him for one day. He never got a thank you for his service. You get to pick him when you see one. It's just a request and you can ignore it if you chose.
