factory reset doesn't work, downloaded apps still there.

i did a factory reset at this model p3100, because i noticed that after i had saved something it automatically reboots and i cannot find my newly downloaded mp3 or saved lyrics and documents, it reboots by itself and is like preventing me from saving, now if i open my wifi, it reboots by itself, and after i factory reset the device and wiped all data and other files, everything is still as it is! HELP please....God bless you for not ignoring my case
