try hard reset (home/power for 10 sec), apple will appear then will reboot.
if not then try restore via itunes,(plug iphone in via usb-select when appears on left column, chose restore)
also can try recBoot (download from net)
if all else fails try DFU mode. caution DFU will restore phone completely and upgrade- you will lose all that you haven't backed up/downloaded like photos and contacts/messages. this is a last resort...
