Can this part be replaced?

My MacBook Pro fell on the floor. It wasn't a hard fall, but it wouldn't close afterwards. I opened the computer and found out that the metal "plates" (I'm Swedish, so it's hard to find all the correct words) in the lower case were broken. This means that the hooks in the upper case don't have anything to hook in to. Is it possible to replace this part or do I have to replace the complete lower case?

i think you can find what you are looking for on ebay if you search "macbook pro latch" and a guide to replacing the latch on here if need be. i hope this helps.

Thanks for your tip, Cody. I bought a used part on ebay and it arrived yesterday, so now my MacBook Pro is working again.
