need help with mt tab

hello,

my tablet wont work...... when i try to charge it the charging sign do not appear

and when trying to start it by pressing the power button all i get is a blank white screen...

trying to reset it by pressing the power and the volume button but also the same white blank screen appears and then it turns off and no sign that it's working or charging

please help me
