How can I reconnect my red and black wire in my tablet?
Inside the tablet the red wire (posotive)and the black wire are ( negative) are cut

Use wire cutters and heat shrink. Put a piece of heat shrink ~1in long on only one of the pos and neg wires. Strip the wires about 1cm on all the wires. Twist together red and red and black and black. Then put the heat shrink on the wires. You will have to move the connection a little. Heres a picture:
