My headphone jack is faulty, won't work without headphones!
Hi, i've got a psvita 1000. its been great since release date. last time i tried to use it there was no sound from the speakers. i plugged in headphones and they worked fine. i tried cleaning with alcohol and a swab, but still no sound from speakers. i connected to a bluetooth speaker but then still no diff.
as a final test i connected and disconnected headphones repeatedly and got sound. but then later it wouldn't work.
i'm not sure if there's a switch in the connector or it works on capacitance, does anyone have any knowledge on the switch? or is there somewhere i could get a new jack from?
i found some on ali express, but theyy seem to be discontinued.
