I can't shut down phone. I can't answer calls. I can't listen to voice mail. I can use the

button, top right to lock and unlock but cannot use same to shut down. The center button at bottom works but the screen is magnified. I have used 3 fingers to move around the screen but can't control movement enough to accomplish anything, it sort of snaps back to where it wants to be. It charges, rings, takes messages.

@annahan you can try to turn of the zoom by go to Settings, General, Accessibility, and tap on Zoom to turn it off. You can also try to turn off the zoom via iTunes. Connect your iPhone to the computer that has iTunes. When iTunes appears, choose your device. In the summary page choose Configure Accessibility, select Neither and then OK. If that deos not work you may have to consider to restore your phone to factory settings using iTunes. This will erase all of your data (music, pictures, etc.,)
