Phone dropped in swimming pool shows "Plug into iTunes"

I need help! I dropped my iPhone 5s in a swimming pool. The apple and the "Plug to ITunes" sign appear when I plug it in. I tried to make a hard reset, but it doesn't work.

Do you think, if I change the Logic Board and the battery it may work? what is your experience in this cases? Thanks a lot!

Chosen Solution

No. The board needs to be cleaned well with tools such as a ultrasonic cleaner and the board and ribbon connectors cleaned with 99% isopropyl alcohol and most likely the screen and battery may need to be replaced.
