Water damaged screen without backlight

The computer works 100%, and it works in an external screen, after i changed the screen for i new one, it still with a black screen, so i put a flash light on it and the screen works but without backligth, so i take it to repair and they told me to change the motherboard but its expensive, so am trying to repair it by my self, but do not know which fuse do i have to change.

Unfortunately, the corrosion is probably affecting your logic board and the cable, that's why your screen is blank. Try disassembling it and soaking the logic board in denaturized alcohol (you can get it at Home Depot). I've done this repair numerous times with water damaged laptops and it has worked.

After soaking the board in denaturized alcohol, gently scrub the board with a soft toothbrush and wait at least 48-72 hours for it to dry. Soak a Q-tip with the denaturized alcohol and clean the logic board cables with it. Just gently dab it and make sure you're putting gentle pressure so you don't damage it. Reassemble by using the ifixit guides and wishing you the best of luck!
