Power button, volume buttons, front/rear camera, and flash not working

This occurred after taking my phone apart to fix the wifi flex cable. I have fix many phones before and never had an issue. What could have happened!?

Options

You might have disconnected the power flex cable which might have stopped the power button from functioning. Have you checked all the connections and make sure they are all tight and connected properly.
