Turn off your phone. Stop turning it on.

Disconnect your battery. Stop trying to reconnect it.

Remove the board from the phone, there is this guide on iFixit that tells you how.

Remove all the removable shields. Be careful not to nick any component.

Drop your board in 99% isopropyl alcohol and brush with a soft toothbrush.

Dry using hot air or hair dryer. Not too hot, but strong airflow to chase the alcohol out.

Examine the connectors on the screen and all other flat cables that attach to the board, and repeat the same if they are corroded. Alcohol may ruin your screen so be careful not to let it touch your screen from the back or the sides.

Once done, reconnect and try again.

Your screen may be damaged and may need replacing, as well as your battery.

This is the best you can do at home. Otherwise I would say take it to a specialized technician but if it is heavily corroded don't waste time and money on it. It may soon fail again.
