Flash does not work in any situation

After a shock, the flash doesn't work in any mode,any situation. .is it broken? How can it be done? Thanks

Yes, I have this problem too. It kept saying I need to switch to P/A/S/M mode when I'm already in P mode!

Camera was dropped and has a small dint in the top so the flash won`t pop up.

yes it was droped and bend blocks flash on top
