Ok, you have a RAM issue. First thing to do is to reseat the RAM.
Here's how: MacBook Pro 15" Unibody Mid 2010 RAM Replacement
That failing you need to test both the RAM and the slots.
Use only one stick, Put it in the bottom slot and give it a try then move it to the top slot.
If it works, you know the slots are good and the stick is good.
Do the same thing with the next stick.
Now you have a better idea of where you stand. If it is a slot let me know and we'll work on fixing that.

Mayer, thank you very much for your help. The memory was tested and it is ok.
The computer only comes on with the command SMC. Disconect the battery, press power for 5 seconds, reconect the battery and turn on the power cable. It only works with the power cable connected. Obs: the battery pack is ok. Was tested. Only boots with the mega safe cable connected. Doesn't recognize the keyboard. I'm using a USB keyboard.

OK. First you started with a RAM issue with the three LED flashes. Is that issue still present? Now you are talking about a battery and/or power issue. Please give a history of the machine. Have you had a liquid spill?
Yes Mayer , this Mac I gave my daughter , and was with moisture. I opened , disconnected the battery and had sign of moisture in bluethooh connection. Dried , I spent a clean contact and is working . The problem now is in the boot , can only by SMC , and the connected MegaSafe cable. The memories are OK were exchanged , but the keyboard does not work. After the boot can disconnect the MegaSafe and continues on, but to call back only to the boot by SMC . Thank you for your attention , being of great value . And sorry my English . Thanks !!!!
