In the night I was playing a game and I wanted to change the settings so i did and they th kind me that if you want to do it you have to restart do I said okavango Eversince then it isn't coming on

What game were you playing? Was the phone overheating? By restart, do you mean restart the program/app/game or restart the entire device(reboot)?

Options

Hold the Power + Volume down + Home to perform a hard shut off of the phone. Sometimes makes it bootable again from the system OS crashing.
