books to read regarding repair

Already have the unauthorized Manuel to repair by ifixit. I need a detailed read to help me prevent errors after fix like error 53/ disabled iPhones and what not.

Well, just reading and studying the ifixit guides will go a long way. Also, getting your hands on some broken/icloud locked devices to practice on will help. Louis Rossmann and Jessa Jones on youtube are also very good resources if you are looking at more advanced board level repair.

As for preventing error 53, there is no more error 53, but you would still want to switch over the home button assembly on devices with touchID if possible if you want to retain touchID functionality

Usually hardware repairs on device will not cause an iphone to become "disabled" The two usual causes of an iphone being disabled are too many incorrect password attempts and lost mode being remotely activated.
