iPhone Disabled , connect to itunes, unable to power off or restore

My IPhone 4s is disabled and says connect to iTunes.

On connecting to iTunes, get a message "to allow access, please respond on your iPhone.

I am unable to shut down the phone despite pressing the power and home button nor able to restore the device using iTunes.

Please guide.

Do your home and power buttons click normally? If they don't then you need to replace them or use recboot to reboot your iphone into recovery mode.

I have a few questions

1) Why is it disabled.

2) Are your buttons damaged? If not you should be able to force shut down your iPhone
