The battery connector strips on the logic board? I'd take it to a repair shop as if you did rip that it's not easily repairable for you.

This is a belated answer so hopefully it can be of use to folks who search for and find this question.

If the OP is referring the the battery adhesive strips, then great care must be taken. The battery adhesive strips tend to break if they are not pulled out properly. Also, with time, they tend to dry up and tear very easily. Adding a bit of IPA under the battery helps, as does applying some heat prior to removal. Removing the vibrator also helps with the removal of the strips.

Now when the strips are broken, the safest way to remove the battery is to remove the logic board first. That allows you to apply some prying force without potentially damaging the board. Again, applying some IPA will help here. Use a flat card, like a playing card, and gently try to tear through the adhesive. Don't use sharp, pointy or metallic objects as you can puncture the battery and cause a fire.

I would also add to this, 100% follow th guide to remopve the logic board from the phone. I would then use an iOpener . All you need to do is the put the gel pack in the microwave for 30 seconds and then apply to the rear of the phone to soften the adhesive. With the adhesive soft carefully slide the credit card shaped cards between the battery and the rear of the case to seperate the battery. As previous users have mentioned. Take care and do not use any sharp implements as you risk damaging the battery cell.
