iTunes won't detect iPhone

Hi Everyone,

My phone is stuck on the apple logo. I could only get it to restore, but iTunes won't detect. My lightning cable work. I assume my dock connector works as well since I got it to restore mode. Any Ideas?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Is your lighting cable an apple product? If it is a no-name brand that might be your issue.

Did you try DFU (Device Firmware Upgrade) mode yet?

Yes i am using the original Lightning cable that came with. I can't get it to go on DFU mode. I could only get to restore. When I am on restore mode I can't get it to detect on iTunes

How many drives do you have on your PC. I have too many and sometimes Windows 10 will not detect anymore drives when I connect more on my system. If you have alot try disconnecting any external drives off you system and then try again. If you are using an apple computer please disregard.

Just because the phone says it's connected by the lightning cable doesn't mean it actually is. I had an iPhone 4s with a similar issue as yours. It ended up being caused by a damaged diode on the mother board.
