My phone went pitch black after I dropped it.

I had accidentally dropped my Samsung and after I turned it on, it didn't com back on. I held the power and home button down, I charged it, and I just pressed the power button. It wasn't turning on no matter what. What do I do??

Try holding the Power + Home + Volume down button for 10 seconds and try turning it on again.

Can you see any cracks on the LCD display part? (the darker part / the inside screen and not the glass on top of it.) If you can see cracks then the inside LCD is no good and needs to be replaced in order to see display on the screen again on the phone.

Try plugging this into a computer and seeing if it is recognized as an external device. If it is, you most likely damaged your LCD (the part that shows you an image) and will need to have it replaced.

Brace yourself, expensive repair.
