My screen is pitch black and won't turn on.

Hi, so last night I was on snapchat and my Alcatel one touch 3 (the newest model that I have had for a month) just crashed and will not turn on. It has happened before but I left it overnight and it turned on by morning, but it hasn't turned on. There is no vibration like there usually is when I turn it on. There was battery in the phone when it died and I have charged it (the charging screen doesn't even come up). Under the light and at the right angle I can see the "opening credits" for the phone in a continuos loop.

I got the phone for free on a dodo plan and have had it for around five weeks.
