Please I have a blank screen

First it started when I tried upgrading to windows 10. It didnt upgrade properly so the usb drivers went missing, tried to get it back by downloading rubbish driver pack online instead kept downloading virus. Long story short it gave me a blue screen saying no boot media or file found. Had to take it back to windows 7ultimate because it couldn't find the windows 8.1 that originally came with it. Was trying again to update the and that went missing along with the usb driver, downloaded trash again then tried recoverying from last back up and now blank screen. The power light comes on, you can hear and feel the fan but blank screen. Help me

@vicmorrison sounds like you have a corrupt OS and your computer does not find a boot drive. You did not tell us if you can still access the BIOS on your computer. I believe that on your model it's the F2 key on startup. Acer only supports drivers for the Aspire V5 122P in Windows 8 64 bit. Although their is a legacy setting in Bios to allow Windows 7 to install. If you can still access the BIOS set bootmode to either USB or external optical disk as first boot device and use a Live CD like puppy linux and see if you can access your computer. If so, then you will have to reformat your drive and install a valid version of Windows. Your screen should come up with the standard driver of your OS. You can always try to get proper drivers for your OS from the hardware manufacturers, not from some dubious internet source.

No I can't access my BIOS. Cant access anything really.. Just blank screen when turned on
