Iphone won't working or turn on after i dropped it
and when i plugged it in the charger it doesn't show anything
and there is nothing on the screen
is the problem with the battery or what ?

Dear Mareshall Teach,
Do you hear the charging sound when plugged in?
If thats the case you could just repace the screen, or reconnect the lcd cables and try again .

Like what Ben suggested, it might be had taken a pretty bad shock on the chip and you try could Hard Reset by holding both the Power/Top button and Home Button for about 15 seconds until iPhone turns on, if it still doesn't work, I would recommend you to visit the apple genius bar if you still had warranty.
are u sure the the problem isn't with the battery ?
The battery going bad is very highly unlikely. If you want you can replace the battery follow the instructions below:

I dropped my phone hard on the stadium cracked phone but it had a colorful glitch and I couldn’t see my phone my dad replaced the screen but the phone shows no sign of life ? Like it won’t turn on or anything ?

It have a small hole just under the flash light and heat up at the same place

I guess it could be the Power IC Chip that went bad.
I really think that it is the Power IC because it supplys the Power to all of your components and it is very easy to damage when you drop it.

Batteries don't easily go bad like that. Does the phone heat up in specific spots and/or does it heat up a lot in a specific spot?
Sounds like a power management ic chip has gone bad from the shock taken from dropping the phone. How far did you drop it and if you know which part of the phone did it hit on first and what surface?

there isn't any scratch on the phone !! just some small scraatch on the screen protecter but when i remove it there isn't nothing on the phone screen
