Touch screen repair! Help me :(

so my glass screen cracked and was repaired... All of the wires were connected and everything was going smoothly...charged the iPad, turned it on and the touch screen doesn't work >_<

Does it take time to adjust to a new screen? I've tried hard reset and still doesn't work

Unfortunately Vanessa, if it doesn't work when it starts up then it isn't going to work after any amount of time.

If you got the screen repaired by someone else, i would go back to them and ask them to redo it. It could be a loose connection, or just a bad part.

If you repaired this yourself, you'll probably have to buy another screen to replace it with. Depending on how well you glued down this screen, getting it off without breaking it may prove to be very difficult for you.
