Plugged in, says it's done heating, no heat at all.

Hi (:

I have a Revlon curling iron with a 2" barrel.

I plugged it in and the light was blinking which meant it was done heating up.. but the barrel where you curl the hair ws icecold.

Please help me.. I love this iron
