T-Mobile Motherboard in Verizon Phone

I have been using my Samsung Galaxy S4 from Verizon on T-Mobile's network and it worked fine, except I couldn't send texts. Now I have to replace the motherboard. Can I install a T-Mobile motherboard in the phone, even though it is a Verizon phone?
