After getting screen replaced it is now sticking out more than origina

Last week I got my phone sent to Samsung via a local shop for a new screen. After collecting it today I noticed that the screen while originally recessed behind the bezel now it's at the same height if not higher than the bezel designed to protect it. Is this a normal thing when your screen gets fixed or is it just me?

For the record the screen and buttons work(touch buttons on left and right work 75% of the time for some reason) please help

A replacement screen does sometimes sit slightly higher in the frame than the original, as long as screen doesn't raise past the bezel allowing dust to get under the screen it should be fine. If it is or does in the future you should take the phone back and get the screen redone.
