My phone was dead , and has revived its time when it died , I tried to use power but it hung at 0,1A . please help me

Try a known good charged iPhone 5s battery and if it turns on try charging via USB cable while on.
If no charge try another charger port.
If new charger port no work then charging IC chip / component issue.
If phone no turn on at all then maybe power ic at fault.

i had read your question, and i am understanding the issue that you removed battery then connected power source on board, then you see the source showing high current,
so just understand that,
the current showing high because of short circuit on the board, normally the short circuit happening on mother board due to faulty ic, normally power management ic, so replace the power management ic, (i hope it will fix your issue).

you saying already had replaced power management ic.. after replacing power management ic it still shows the same?
if it shows the same you should do check the + and ground is shorted by using multi-meter
if have short you need to work on board ...
it's very strange . sometimes it has life , but sometimes it's dead . I have never met such

@hoang51195 where did you connect the power to? Start with the suggestion by Ben and try a new battery.
