How to remove Stripped pentalobe screw

Hi,

my iphone has a stripped pentalobe screw, i tried everything to get it out.

-Knife

-All types of screwdrivers

-Rubber band

-Glue

It's totally stripped and has a hole in it.

How can i get it out?

Chosen Solution

Take the same sized torx bit and tap it into the head so you can get it out. Do not reuse the screw, get a new one.

I have two ifixit sets, thus two pentalobe screwdrivers. I used the cheaper of the two (short black one), put super glue on the tip and inserted into the screw head. Let dry and pulled the screw out (took two tries). The trick was to use enough glue to ensure a good bond without using too much and risk the excess overflowing and bonding the screw to the case. I used less at first and then a little more.
