My drum moves for sensing, but not during wash cycle.

I think the room mate over loaded it, i get an error code of f7 e1. the board has the green light, so it should be good. flipped it and the drum moves freely and the belt is not loose. it will move when it locks the lid and does the senosr mode. it unocks the lid for a moment, then relocks and re senses and then adds water, but then it wont move during the washing phase. water can be drained just fine.

F7 E1 Code in display:

This code indicates a motor speed sensing error, the motor can not achieve the correct speed for the cycle selection.

This error code indicates that the motor is having difficulty turning.
