Headphone and top speaker problem

Hello,

My iphone 5s have a really strange problem...

General sound with and without headphone: working!

Music sound with and without headphone: working!

Microphone with and without headphone: working!

Voice from top speaker: not working!

Voice from speaker: not working!

Voice from headphones: not working!

But the strange is that:

If i press near the top speaker, i start hearing the caller, also with headphone if i press near the top speaker i start hearing the caller

I hope someone can help, thank you!

Yeah, what Ben said. It could be possible to just reseat your current front camera flex assembly, or you may need to replace it

Or, could be a display assembly issue. Even factory ones, can't seperate, and cause funcionality issues

I think the fault lies in the front camera assembly and/or the earpiece speaker not being mounted properly. Might need to reseat both. A bit busy right now to post link to guides.

Ok thank you both for the ansewers, but if i can ask, front camera flex can disturb headphone too? One is top, and one is bottom, 2 different cables!

Also i already reset the ear speaker and the front camera flex, but I didn't try to change any because I don't have another to try it

I just finished my holiday and got some time for change it, but the problem is not fixxed...

But i noticed another thing:

i just found out the problem is not happening with whatsapp call, both speakers working if i call thought whatsapp

Maybe i just have to do restore?
