My iPhone doesnt turn on or charge and doesnt vibrate or ring?

i dropped my phone after the screen cracked all i could see was line of different colors i opened the phone to see if it was damaged and later for 2 hours i opened it again and all i saw was 2 bumps in the battery and touched the battery to feel it then i closed it and it stopped working at all now when i plug it in the phone gets warm and now i don't know what to do ???

If your battery is bloated then that definitely needs to be replaced and for the screen that will need to be replaced as well.

It is also recommended to buy the battery adhesive as you will almost certainly won't be able to reuse the old adhesive that sticks on the iPhone 6s metal housing and the battery:

Worst case is that there is board damage causing a short in the phone where it heats up a lot at the back.
