Here is a website that will show you with pictures how to factory reset your phone. When you do this everything will be erased. Please back up all your important information.

1.First, turn off the phone by using the Power button.
2.Press and hold Volume Up and Power key for a couple of seconds.
3.When you see an android logo release held keys.
4.Press Volume Down to choose "wipe data/factory reset", and then push the Power button to confirm.
5.Select "Yes--delete all user data".
