Replaced iPhone 6+ screen, calls drop when I'm using the ear mic

I replaced my iPhone 6+ screen, now calls ONLY drop when I'm using the ear mic and the signal is low. Speaker phone calls dont drop if the signal is low. Proximity sensor turns off the phone correctly. Is it likely I damaged the flex cable and need to replace it or did I misplace/bend something?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

What do you mean by don't drop? Do you mean you stop hearing the person or the person can't hear you? Explain exactly what works and does not work like this:

On speakerphone, person can hear me but I can't hear them. Vice versa. This would mean your earpiece microphone (the top microphone behind the earpiece speaker filter) works but your loudspeaker which is connected to the dock connector does not work.

When the signal is low, and i'm talking through the top microphone behind the earpiece speaker filter, suddenly it will cut off and I cant hear the other person and they can't hear me, and then the call will fail or just hangup. I dont have any problems at all using the loud speaker.
