pictures suddenly unable to view

My phone has been getting worse and worse recently. I am 14 months into a 2 year contract and totally unhappy with the reducing capability of this phone.

i have a 16gb sd card to extend the storage and have had this in since i bought the phone. i have it set up so my photos are stored on the SD card but yesterday something happened when i was trying to take a picture of my new baby boy and the screen kept freezing and a message appears saying the camera is not responding a message has been sent to HTC to work on the problem then with the option to wait or exit.

I now cannot see my photos that were saved on the sd card even when i put it into the computer to view.

i just had a baby and these are all pictures of him so i am really anxious i have lost them for good.

is there anyone who has had the same problem? is there something i can do to fix it?

i have tried transferring the photos to the phones memory but they still cant be viewed. please someone help me!

Can you take out the microSD card then put it into a microSD USB adapter to plug into your computer?

See if it can read the microSD card from there.

If that doesn't work then sorry to say but your microSD card has probably gone bad.
