No picture showing on lcd

I have iPad 4 and I recently did a screen replacement all went well the first time but I noticed parts of the screen wasn't working so I opened it again and removed the cords and then put them back in but this time the lcd turned on but it was a dim black light with no picture I tried removing and put the cords back in again and another hard set but still nothing please help !

Have you tried testing the LCD and digitizer with the screen assembly open. What happens on the iPad repairs is the ribben cables are very sensitive when closing up the iPad. If the cables are pinched bent or not placed correctly you have touch screen and LCD issues, and if it works and test fine with it open and cables freely. Then it's the way the cables are being put into place. I hope this helps you

Yea I've tried that I still get a dim light screen usually with it open I get the full screen and full touch screen availability but this time I'm getting neither just a dim light
