Replacement screens and not work

The other day my phone shattered after I dropped it. The lcd and screen were working though. I decided to replace the screen myself.

I ordered multiple replacement screens but none of them worked. I even used a screen from another working phone. The screens were all blank and the backlight didn't work either.

I've tried all the generic solutions (hard reset, replace battery). I could still hear the phone vibrate so it's not a battery issue. It's also not long screw damage.

All help would be appreciated!

I think there is some damage on the logic board specifically on some components probably.

Have you tried turning the phone on and see if it shows some signs of light on the screen with the screen lifted up and you looking behind the display? Not really sure if you can see it on the iPhone 6 screens behind.

Did you disconnect the battery when you did the screen swap?

iPhone 6 series is very unforgiving when it comes to shorts. If you had the battery connected and unplugged the display, you very well could have shorted something out and broken the phone.

Try putting one of the displays on, connect the USB to your computer and the phone, then hold down power and home for 30 seconds. If iTunes sees your phone, you know that something isn't seated right. If iTunes doesn't see your phone, then you have blown something up and it will not be a cheap fix.
