Replacement motherboard not picking up correct storage

I recently had my motherboard replaced as it was frizzled. I originally had a 64gb phone and found out later that they swapped it with a 16gb motherboard. But now when I check my storage I apparently only have 1.3gb. When I go to storage tab and click on one of the APP's it is stating that it is connected to my Exchange storage. Is there a way to fix this?

andremaddock try a restore with iTunes and see what it tells you after you do that.
