stuck in recovery mode
windows loads then hp recovery manager pops up. no mater what option i choose i get the same results

Have you tried using a recovery disc or just a windows disc to do fix from there. You can also try using the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted. Open the computer with command prompts and type in sfc /scannow in the command line. you may require a windows disc to make the necessary fixes
