Does anyone use the nat west app

I have used the natwest app on my tabet for 2 years it has now stopped working on both my wifes tablet and also mine. It just says natwest app has stopped working.

I have down loaded the business app and the offshore app and these work fine.

The problem must be with natwest but they deny they have any problems.

Does anyone else have a similar problem
