Change I charge a battery externally?

I have tried every to fix my Mac. At first I thought it wouldn't charge due to a bad DC Board. I replaced and it worked like normal. About a week later it wouldn't charge the battery anymore. I bought a new battery and a DC Board. Nothing fixed it.

My question is... Is it possible to charge a Mac battery outside of the computer. Is there any device out there that I could buy. Or is there something I could make myself that will allow me to charge the batteries. It just really stinks because everything else on the computer works fine. It just won't charge the battery.

Thanks in advanced!

I've seen that one before. I'm pretty sure it won't work with my model. MacBook Pro 15" unibody 2010. Correct me if I'm wrong. Thank you for the reply :)
