shows empty battery that exhibits a warning

How do I get the help I need to charge my less than six month old tablet. The battery is empty, not charging at all. It appears not to be getting any current.

@beanie67 first thing you should consider is the warranty on your device. Request to replace the device. It is to know to already have issues like that. It could be issues with the charger, charging port and / or charging circuitry.
