Frequent Windows set up issue

Does it cause any problem to my laptop or hard disk if i set up windows frequently?

There is no limit to re-installs as far as Im aware, other than it can not be activated on more than 1 PC at a time. Unless its OEM, in which case it can only be re-installed on the same machine.You may need to call MS to get activated if you re-install/activate excessively though.But every few months, 6 months or once a year shouldn't pose a problem.

As for general benefits, remnant services/processes/files from uninstalled bloatware that eat resources are wiped out, trialware nags become history and one recovers some disk space. But with faster, bigger, better hardware, these benefits are not such a big deal. If you can uninstall bloat properly, manually stop associated services/processes left behind and not screw up the registry in the process, you'll be fine. It'll save you some time and the need to reinstall everything all over again.

There should be no issue. Repeatedly erasing/wiping the drive can eventually shorten its life span (especially in the case of an SSD) but not enough for you to even notice. So in short, there isn't much of a problem at all.
